Fiesta is on Memorial Day weekend and welcomes over 100,000 attendees over the course of the three-day weekend (data confirmed 123,000 at Fiesta 2023). At our Memorial Day event in 2022, several sponsors and brand activations were surprised at the return of the large crowds, exceeding expectations and breaking records for profit and exposure. Our newly expanded footprint allows for more participation by all.

Brand Activations are an opportunity for a company to have a large physical presence at Fiesta in a prime high foot traffic location. Activation opportunities are first come first served (see map) where pricing varies upon location and anticipated foot traffic. There are many opportunities and if there's something you don't see, but would like to implement, let us know!

Vendors are a critical part of Fiesta Hermosa and fill the event with great food, beverages and fantastic shopping and enjoyment for all attendees! You can be a vendor in the Makers Mercado, Carnival, or Food Fair. There are many opportunities and if there's something you don't see, but would like to implement, let us know!
Nonprofits
We welcome nonprofits to participate in Fiesta Hermosa, the Chamber's signature fundraiser. As a nonprofit ourselves, we want to be sure our event benefits the whole community. Nonprofits may apply to participate during the open application period (closes April 15). Nonprofits have the option to receive funding if providing valuable volunteers and staffing at various parts of Fiesta. Details are included on the application.
Free speech applications are also open and can be completed by any qualifying organization. The free speech area is limited and typically goes to political and municipal organizations.
