Booth Pricing
Vendor Booths
- 7x7 Art, Craft, or Retail Tabletop Booth – $460
- 10x10 Chamber PLUS Member Booth (in front of retail store) – $0
- 10x10 Art, Craft, or Retail Booth – $865
- 20x10 Art, Craft, or Retail Booth – $1,680
Important: No retail, art, or food vendors may exceed 20’x10’.
Prepackaged Food Vendors
Prepackaged gourmet food vendors must register as Retail Booths and obtain required health permits through Los Angeles County Department of Public Health.
Food Booths in Food Fair
- Food Cart or Single-Item 10x10 Booth – $865
- 10x10 Multi-Item Food Vendor – $1,485
- 20x10 Multi-Item Food Vendor – $2,485
No food trucks permitted in Food Fair area. No food vendors may exceed 20’x10’.
Add-Ons
All vendors selling or sampling food must obtain appropriate health permits unless operating under a valid mobile food facility permit compliant with Los Angeles County Department of Public Health.

Cancellation Policy
Vendor Cancellation
No refunds will be issued for vendor cancellations after August 7, 2026. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email.
Event Cancellation
If the event is canceled or materially impacted due to circumstances beyond the organizer’s control (including but not limited to weather, government orders, or emergencies), refunds or credits may be issued at the sole discretion of the event organizer.
Terms & Conditions
Application Deadline
All applications are due by 11:00 PM PST on Friday, June 26, 2026.
Registration Deadline (if accepted)
All registrations, payments, and required documents are due by 11:00 PM PST on Sunday, July 26, 2026.
Eligibility
Fiesta Hermosa is open to artists, makers, retailers, and food vendors. The Chamber reserves the right to curate vendor categories and limit participation. Submission does not guarantee acceptance.
Prohibited Items
The following are not permitted unless expressly pre-approved by event management:
- Illegal or stolen merchandise
- Counterfeit or knock-off goods
- Firearms, ammunition, or unapproved weapons
- Illegal drugs or cannabis products
- Alcoholic beverages
- Explicit or adult content
- Any item deemed unsafe or inappropriate at the sole discretion of event management
Violations may result in immediate removal without refund.
Selection Process
Applications will be reviewed based on quality, originality, and event fit. Selection will occur the second week of July 2026.
Confirmation
Acceptance notifications will be sent via email within five days of evaluation. Details will be included upon acceptance.
Payment & Acceptance
Booth fees are processed upon acceptance. Applicants who are not accepted will not be charged or will receive a full refund if previously paid.
Required Documentation
Upon acceptance, vendors must provide:
- California Seller’s Permit or BOE-410-D form
- Certificate of Insurance meeting event requirements
- Health permits (if applicable), compliant with Los Angeles County Department of Public Health
All required documents must be submitted by July 24, 2026 (food vendors) or as otherwise specified.
Booth Assignment
Assignments will be issued the week of August 3, 2026. Only fully paid vendors will receive placement.
Vendor Conduct
- Vendors must remain within assigned booth space
- No encroachment into walkways or neighboring booths
- No unauthorized solicitation outside booth space
- Only approved items may be sold
- All food activity requires proper permitting
Event management reserves the right to enforce compliance, including removal without warning or refund.
Eco-Friendly Requirements
All vendors must comply with City of Hermosa Beach environmental regulations:
Prohibited Items
- Polystyrene (Styrofoam)
- Plastic bags
- Plastic straws
- Balloons
Required Practices
- Use recyclable or compostable materials
- Minimize single-use items
- Proper grease disposal (food vendors)
General Site Rules
- No smoking
- No signage outside booth space (including A-frames)
Non-compliance may result in temporary closure until corrected, without refund.
Free Expression Policy
To ensure safe and orderly operations, expressive activities (including political, religious, or promotional distribution) may be subject to reasonable time, place, and manner restrictions established by the event organizer. Activities must not obstruct vendor operations, pedestrian flow, or event safety. Additional guidelines may apply and will be communicated in advance.
Photo Release
Vendors grant permission for the use of photographs or video taken during the event for promotional purposes, in perpetuity and without compensation.
Force Majeure
The event organizer shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or public safety emergencies.
Release of Liability & Indemnification
By participating in Fiesta Hermosa, Vendor agrees to assume all risks associated with participation.
Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Hermosa Beach Chamber of Commerce, the City of Hermosa Beach, and all event staff, contractors, and representatives from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of Vendor’s participation, including but not limited to Vendor’s products, equipment, employees, or negligence, except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the indemnified parties.
Vendor further releases and agrees not to bring claims against the above parties for injuries, damages, or losses sustained in connection with the event, except where prohibited by law.
Vendor acknowledges the inherent risks of public events, including potential exposure to communicable illnesses, and voluntarily assumes such risks.
Agreement
By submitting this application, Vendor confirms they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions stated above.
